The entire city is buzzing during Week of Robotics.
In addition to the main conferences, there are several side events where guests can explore both the city and Odenses robotics industry. Highligts include delegation tours offering exclusive insight into the local robotics ecosystem and the impressive new SDU Center for Large Structure Production and the headquarters of Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots, breakfast for women in robotics, social gatherings at the after hour event at Storms Pakhus.

Over the past 15 years, Odense has established itself as one of Europe’s leading robotics hubs, where small and large, Danish and international companies within robotics and automation have set up operations. A unique ecosystem has been created in the city. Here, the brightest talents have the opportunity to educate themselves and the best researchers can be close to both small startups and large international companies. Together, they develop the robotics and automation solutions of the future.
In Odense, there are more than 160 robotics companies, with over 3,600 employees engaged in the industry in city alone. This is quite impressive considering Odense’s size and population.
Odense is also home to Denmark’s largest robot cluster – Odense Robotics. This is evident in the city’s unique ecosystem around robotics and automation.
