Financial Times highlights Odense Robotics StartUp Fund among Europe’s leading startup hubs
The British newspaper Financial Times has published its annual ranking of Europe’s leading startup hubs and accelerator programmes. Once again, Odense Robotics StartUp Fund is included on the list, and stands out as the only robotics-focused incubator to be recognised.
A proven Startup Incubator
Since its establishment in 2015, the incubator has supported 42 robotics and drone startups, several of which have gone on to raise investment and scale internationally. Alumni include BlinkTroll Robotics, FarmDroid and Dropla Tech.
“Being part of Odense Robotics StartUp Fund was a great opportunity for a company like ours. During our time in the incubator, we learned a tremendous amount, scaled quickly and built a solid foundation for the company we are building today. With support from the fund and the incubator, we chose to remain in Odense to stay close to an ecosystem driven by collaboration and shared success.”
Recognition of a strong robotics ecosystem
The recognition underlines the strength of the Odense robotics ecosystem and reflects the close collaboration between startups, investors and supporting organisations. Congratulations to the founders behind the fund and to key partners such as Teknologisk Institut and Industriens Fond for their continued support.
