Located in Odense, renowned as one of the world’s leading robotics cities, this exclusive unconference offers a unique opportunity for industry leaders and innovators. The event will take place at one of Odense’s chaming hotels (to be announced later), where participants will stay throughout the event. We will ensure a fully immersive and engaging experience.
The unconference is designed to foster deep, meaningful connections and discussions within the industrial automation and robotics sectors.
Participants include international venture capitalists specializing in industrial automation, former robotics founders turned investors, early-stage entrepreneurs in the automation sector, and select corporates and LPs with a keen interest in robotics and AI technologies.
What to expect?
Day 1 features an informal setting conducive to open dialogue and networking among founders, investors, and corporate stakeholders.
Day 2 will transition into a more structured agenda including panels, workshops, and presentations.
This intimate gathering excludes press and focuses solely on substantive discussions and relationship-building opportunities. Attendees can expect to enjoy Danish Hygge, excellent cuisine, and the inspiring company of like-minded professionals and visionaries throughout the event.

Important Program information
Meeting Point: September 25th, 2024: 09:00 at Odense Train Station.
The meeting point is located at the back of the train station, which also serves as a bus station, on Dannebrogsgade. See the exact location on the map.
The drive to the OIS Unconference venue will take approximately 40 minutes. The event will be held at the charming Gl. Brydegaard hotel, situated on the coast of the island. The address is Helnæsvej 4, 5683 Haarby.
